恭读依撒意亚先知书 26:7-9, 12, 16-19
义人的道路是正直的，上主啊！你削平正直人的途径。的确，上主！我们在你正义的路上期待你！你的名号，你的记念，是我们心灵的欲望。我们的心灵在夜间渴望你，我们的心神在清晨寻觅你，因为当你的决断显于大地时，世上的居民都要学习正义。上主！是你赐与了我们和平，因为凡我们所做的，都是你为我们成就的！上主！我们在困难之中寻求了你，我们在压迫之中呼求了你，因为那是你对我们的惩罚。有如怀妊临产的妇女，在苦痛中痉挛呻吟；同样，上主！我们在你面前也是如此：我们也像怀妊痉挛；然而所产的竟是风，没有给大地带来救恩，世界的居民也未因此而得生。你的亡者将再生，他们的尸体将要起立；睡在尘埃中的人们都要苏醒歌咏，因为你的朝露是晶莹的朝露，大地将抛出幽灵。

A reading from the book of the Prophet Isaiah 26:7-9, 12, 16-19
The way of the just is smooth;
the path of the just you make level.
Yes, for your way and your judgments, O LORD,
we look to you;
Your name and your title
are the desire of our souls.
My soul yearns for you in the night,
yes, my spirit within me keeps vigil for you;
When your judgment dawns upon the earth,
the world’s inhabitants learn justice.
O LORD, you mete out peace to us,
for it is you who have accomplished all we have done.
O LORD, oppressed by your punishment,
we cried out in anguish under your chastising.
As a woman about to give birth
writhes and cries out in her pains,
so were we in your presence, O LORD.
We conceived and writhed in pain,
giving birth to wind;
Salvation we have not achieved for the earth,
the inhabitants of the world cannot bring it forth.
But your dead shall live, their corpses shall rise;
awake and sing, you who lie in the dust.
For your dew is a dew of light,
and the land of shades gives birth.

恭读圣玛窦福音 11:28-30
那时候，耶稣说：“凡劳苦和负重担的，你们都到我跟前来，我要使你们安息。你们背起我的轭，跟我学吧！因为我是良善心谦的：这样你们必要找得你们灵魂的安息，因为我的轭是柔和的，我的担子是轻松的。”

A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew 11:28-30
Jesus said:
“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened,
and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,
for I am meek and humble of heart;
and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”
