恭读耶肋米亚先知书 1:1, 4-10
本雅明地内阿纳托特城的司祭中，希耳克雅的儿子耶肋米亚的言行录。 上主对我说：“我还没有在母腹内形成你以前，我已认识了你；在你还没有出离母胎以前，我已祝圣了你，选定了你作万民的先知。”我回答说：“咬呀！我主上主！你看，我还太年轻，不会说话。”上主对我说：“你别说：我太年轻，因为我派你到那里去，你就应到那里去；我命你说什么，你就应说什么。你不要害怕他们，因为有我与你同在，保护你——上主的断语。”此后，上主伸出手来，触摸我的口，对我说：“看，我将我的话放在你口中；看，我今天委派你对万民和列国，执行拔除、破坏、毁灭、推翻、建设和栽培的任务。”
Reading 1
A reading from the book of the Prophet Jeremiah 1:1, 4-10
The words of Jeremiah, son of Hilkiah,
of a priestly family in Anathoth, in the land of Benjamin.
The word of the LORD came to me thus:
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I dedicated you,
a prophet to the nations I appointed you.
“Ah, Lord GOD!” I said,
“I know not how to speak; I am too young.”
But the LORD answered me,
Say not, “I am too young.”
To whomever I send you, you shall go;
whatever I command you, you shall speak.
Have no fear before them,
because I am with you to deliver you, says the LORD.
Then the LORD extended his hand and touched my mouth, saying,
See, I place my words in your mouth!
This day I set you
over nations and over kingdoms,
To root up and to tear down,
to destroy and to demolish,
to build and to plant.

在那一天，耶稣从家里出来，坐在海边上，有许多群众集合到他跟前，他只得上船坐下，群众都站在岸上。他就用比喻给他们讲论了许多事，说：“看，有个撒种的出去撒种；他撒种的时候，有的落在路旁，飞鸟来把它们吃了。有的落在石头地里，那里没有多少土壤，因为所有的土壤不深，即刻发了芽，但太阳一出来，就被晒焦；又因为没有根，就枯干了。有的落在荆棘中，荆棘长起来，便把它们窒息了。有的落在好地里，就结了果实：有一百倍的，有六十倍的，有三十倍的。有耳的，听吧！”
Gospel
A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew 13:1-9
On that day, Jesus went out of the house and sat down by the sea.
Such large crowds gathered around him
that he got into a boat and sat down,
and the whole crowd stood along the shore.
And he spoke to them at length in parables, saying:
“A sower went out to sow.
And as he sowed, some seed fell on the path,
and birds came and ate it up.
Some fell on rocky ground, where it had little soil.
It sprang up at once because the soil was not deep,
and when the sun rose it was scorched,
and it withered for lack of roots.
Some seed fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked it.
But some seed fell on rich soil, and produced fruit,
a hundred or sixty or thirtyfold.
Whoever has ears ought to hear.”
